| Derek has worked in the computer industry since 1973 when he joined British Oxygen in technical support delivering IBM mainframe and distributed computer based solutions throughout the organisation. In 1983 he moved in to Software and Solution sales with Computer Associates, who are well known in the IT industry for the range of products and solutions they deliver. Derek has worked for large USA based companies and for smaller developing UK companies delivering business solutions for nearly 20 years with order values ranging from a few thousand pounds to many hundreds of thousands. His experience of over 25 years in the computer industry means that he has the skills and expertise to ensure that Chiron Solutions will establish a commercially sound and profitable business. |

| Chris has worked in a variety of roles since 1980 when she worked for 5 years in the personnel department of British Oxygen. This experience gives Chiron Solutions a strong foundation in terms of building the career opportunities within the company. Since then, Chris has been largely involved in Sales Management roles where she has had the responsibility of running and organising direct sales teams of over 300 representatives. She has been very successful in these roles and these sales and organisational skills are a key element to the future success of Chiron Solutions. |
